Changing Notification Settings

• To change notification settings, click on the gear icon in the settings menu.
• Click on ‘Notifications’ in the left menu.
• Customize notification preferences for assigned chats and conversations.
• Turn off notifications for unassigned conversations to avoid spam.
• Choose whether to receive notifications for chat and email replies.
